       First of all, my services to you as a buyer are absolutely free.  The seller hires an agent and agrees to pay that agent a commission for the listing service.  That commission is typically a percentage of the final sales price of the property.  If  I am representing you as a buyer, when you buy the home, that listing agent splits the already agreed upon commission with me.  The seller ends up paying the fees collected buy both agents.  This is why it is in your best interest not to call the agent on the for sale sign, as that agent represents the seller best interest and you can have your own representation free of charge.  So, if you come across a property that you think you may be intersted in, simply contact me and I can get you all of the information on it and take you to view it if you would like.

As your buyer's representation I will:

  • Assist you in your propery search by emailing you available homes that suit your needs and taking you to view them.
  • Put you in touch with a reputable mortage broker.
  • Give my opinion, supported by comparable sales, on the value of properties of interest.
  • Guide you in negotiating the terms of the sale.
  • Line up the home inspection.
  • Assure your understanding of all necessary documentation, including: purchase agreement, property disclosure document, inspection repairs request, etc.
  • Coordinate the closing and recommend a reputable title company.
